Gary applying for admin

Hi JR, me and Plumber decided we'd like to take on the roll of being an admin, reasons for me personally are because sometimes an admin isn't on and there are freekillers in the server, so myself and Plumber would be able to deal with it as we're on quite often. I hope you're ok with my app.
