Application for (full) admin

Hello I am applying for admin on the servers on which I have basic.

I know some of you may think "wait doesnt he already have admin?"
I do but I just found out that basic admins cant do shit all. Therefore I am no use when freekillers are on because I cant do many things. I know I cant slay, not sure about ban but I dont think so. I know I cant do much though because when I go into the admin menu it only says something like observe player. What good does that do? I have also been in the clan a long time and have been playing on the server longer.

I would like to ask two questions:

1: why dont I have slay yet?

2: why does someone like shields get admin straight away after being in the clan for a week, and you hesitate to give slay, when I have been in the clan for a long time?

quite true shady you were probably one of the first people to join JR and still this late you don't even have basic slay, wow Jake just WoW (see what i did?).

Thankyou for understanding me. It would be good if Jake could reply though, but he is too busy playing WoW to care about css or JR.
